Cobwebs?

hi, i have just recently put a new ornament in my aquarium. after about 5-6 days it has started to grow sum sort of fur around the bottom and in the corners and it looks very much like cobwebs the fish food is sinking and sticking to the top of it but i can still see the gravel and ornament underneath it. is this anything to worry about (mum says it "could" be fish eggs) not sure if thats true lol. any help please?

Sounds like the food is rotting and causing either a fungus or algae thing. I would suggest to take it out, rinse it off, and then feed a little less. You may be over feeding your fish.
