think the duel gauge head is broken cuz when i anticlockwise or clockwise the knob , the pin inside of it doesnt move down and I think its not opening the cylinders pin valve

has anyone had this problemo before? And my duel guage is new btw

This brings me back to my days playing paintball. There was a CO2 tank company who used shorter but stouter pins in their tanks and some of the knobed regs screw didn't reach or barely pressed down on the pin. I'd try a different style or company pin on their tanks (or I suppose you could replace the pin valve instead of buying a whole new rig).
