Co2 Mixture

I bought a Co2 tank a few months back that came with all the ingredients to put in the co2 system. I know it was yeast, sugar, and something else. But im all out of that and want to make it myself now. The thing is i don't know how much yeast, how much sugar Ect. to put into the co2 tank. The name of it is a neutrafin natural plant system. On the label on the Co2 tank it says,"Fill sugar up to first notch then add the stabilizer then add warm water." So i know how much sugar to use just not yeast. Thanks in advance
