needle valve? what does this do?

The valve on the reg is course adjustment, the needle valve is fine adjustment. So course does pressure to 1.5-2 bar, then needle does bubbles per second.

And no, no FE.

I'd do £8 plus postage. It'll cost about £4 to post. The nitrate and trace are worth a fiver each, so £8 plus postage would be fair I feel.
