What is my best option for co2 injection in a 55g? Are two home made yeast reactors sufficient? I am concerned about not having any idea about the amount of co2 being created by the yeast reactors, how do I ensure that I don’t add too much? And I have a fair bit of current in my tank so is co2 injection going to work?

Thanks

A cylinder would be the best, but yeast reactors will also do fine I think. You can use this page for reference: http://www.qsl.net/w2wdx/aquaria/diyco2.html#5

As far as I know, using yeast method, you will usually not exceed the danger limit for CO2.

Since you have a current in the water, use a good diffusing method, something that traps the bubbles properly.
