Co2 Diffuser Type

Build yourself a good reactor and run it inline with an external filter.

But if you're not into that, I've found that ladders can be difficult to maintain and are prone to getting blocked, causing bubbles to escape prematurely. The glass-style diffusers tend to work very well; with their output placed in a high-current area the tiny bubbles that are released can be spread around the tank and achieve almost complete CO2 diffusion.

I agreed, Ive got two glass diffusers both work very well. If you want to get the equipment out of the tank, get/build an external reactor, supposed to work very well. There is a link in my sig to the one Zig did, looks to be very easy to build.

If you're running an external filter and don't want to spend any time or money, simply feed your CO2 pipe into the inlet pipe of your filter.
