Just attached my new fluvial co2 deffuser. There are large bubbles no mist coming out
I Google this, they say it takes 2 to 3 days to work properly, is this correct. Question will this affect my fish and plants if so what can I do to help or speed the process up.

Big bubbles mean you have a loose seal somewhere as you want all the pressure to build up behind the disk to force the gas through the stone. If it can escape in big bubbles its coming from around the edge or something that screws etc?

If its coming out in big bubbles shouldnt harm the fish as it will just travel through the water and release in the air, so biggest risk is you are wasting it at this stage. The issues with overdosing Co2 come from too much flow from the diffuser so the micro bubbles can get absorbed into the water before the bubbles reach the surface.
