I have been feeding my clown pleco broccoli and I was wondering could I substitute it for the lack of wood for right now?

I tried to get my father to drive me to the local petstore to get wood for Fred but he says he is too busy and I can't drive myself.

Good stuff, go for drift/bog wood rather than Mopani as that is very hard.
