After he recently lost his mate my clown loach has gone on a tank rampage!

He is so fricken active and if any cory is investigating a pebble he will swim up and bowl them over or flick them up with his nose and then pick the pebble and throw it around. I never seen such a hyperactive fish! And my poor little corys at feeding time get thrown around and are most unimpressed :/
Ive even seen him digging at the pebbles for hours on end trying to reach what ever he is fixsated on! Fish with A.D.D. perhaps!?!?
I know the most probable solution is to get some more clownies so he can put his interest on them....which I will do (but ive recently lost alot of fish so Im waiting till my tank settles down..thats another story)
Anyway any other ideas? Or should I just scold him for being such a bully? :p

Other then getting him a new tankmate asap, he may calm down after a little while. It seems your clown is in desparate need of knowing what happened to his friend. I recently lost a clown as well, and his 3 other clown loach friends were all depressed instead of active. So I immediatly bought a big clown to sort them ot the next day. Helped it all.

If he is still active after several days, then thats something I wouldn't know. :/
