Clown Loach sick

I have a Clown Loach that has been sick for about a month now. His symptoms are not eating, very low energy and his mouth is fixed open. He can not open or close it. I do not see any other symptoms such as white spots, white clouds or visible parisites. He may have a mark on his head, but I can't tell if it is a whole or injury that is not suppose to be there or if it has always been a part of his anatomy. ( I never paid that close attention)

I have been treating him with antibiotics and fungus medicine, but he seems to keep getting thiner and thiner. I am really surprised he has not died.

Can anyone help diagnose him or recommend a specific medicine or brand to try on him.

Could there be an obstruction in his mouth - piece of gravel....???

Great advive above wet wet wet.
But if no gravel stuck, look to ttreat for internal parasite.
Just another avenue
