Clown Loach Scare

I recently bought a little clown loach about 3 months ago and it has been doing great. I went to my LFS to get some stuff for my filter and tank. I bought a ship that was about 8 inches in length. I set everything up and I went out. But... when I came I took a look at the tank and realized that I was missing my clown loach! I looked everywhere in the filter behind everything but when I happened to look inside the ship I bought( there was a little hole on the bottom.. to make it look like a sunken ship) I saw the clown loaches tail. Wow was I happy. I decided to leave it in there becuase I remeber hearing that they like to hide. It has not come out in 2 days. What is wrong with it?

Clown Loaches do get trapped in things trying to play/hide mine have done so before. They are gregarious fish though and should be kept in a group of at least three.
