I have 4 small clownloaches in my tank.

I have been watching some odd behaviour. THe largest of the 4 seesm to be cahsing the Gouramis and other fish around. Is tis normal or do I have abully clown loach?

the other one is a smaller one which is floating in mid water finning around to keep himself orientated. He occasionally floats to the bottom then swims back to the mid water. Again is this normal.

The other two seem fine doiung clown loach things..

The water is fine, I have a 190 litre tank.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Frank

Hi,

Thanks for the reply:

I have checked the water:

NO3 10
NO2 0
GH >10od
KH 6od
PH 6.8-7

Temp 25-26 oC

It is due for its weekly water change tomorrow.

I have set up a power had to supply a current and and air stone to ensure the water is really well aerated. I have also set up loads of places to hide.

The fish seems to be able to balance it rights itself but seems to swin in a vertical manner. It is not bloated and I can't see any marks or obvious injury
Does this make sense.

Cheers

Frank

what do you feed your fish, try a shelled pea.
