Clown Fish!

Well I think, THINK I am getting my clownies this afternoon after work following advice from you all.

I would be going down the lfs at 5, picking the clowns, bagged up and leave the shop at 5.15. Walk to the bus which leaves at 5.40. Then I dont get home until around half 6. Then sort out the bucket etc for acclimatising. So say 6.45 latest they are out the bag.

Is this going to be ok? Im worried about them on the journey with temps and the longness being in a bag. I know fish get shipped overnight and all that but I am just a little worried. Should I buy a poly box and heatpack too?

What a let down! When I saw the post I was expecting to see a pic of 2 clowns in your tank! Lol.

They'll be fine weez IMO but If your not too sure then you could always buy a polybox and heatpack but IMO you'd be wasting your doh!

Don't forget pics of the little buggers in your tank! Lol

They will be fine try and get a poly box (Your LFS should give you one)

When I went to the mainland to get some coral and a conch (I know coral is a bit different but still) I just had them in a poly box and from the shop until I finally got home (after having to wait in my dad's office in Portsmouth for about an hour and a half) they were in the poly box for about 4 hours.

Well I want them today because my bro goes on holiday tomorrow and will be taking his camera so wouldn't be able to get any pics otherwise until in a week!

If you think they will be ok I will go for it. Don't think they would give me a poly box just for 2 clowns. I want to get one other fish too.

OMG I just had this wave of excitement that FINALLY I am getting fish in my tank, now Im all excited Ahhhh bring on 5 o'clock!

Ahhh so i officially have my first marine fish yay. On the bus with them too. How much did everyone pay for their clowns? And what are the price of halloween hermits?
