Clown Fish

i have just got 6 clown fish and all they do is stay at the side of the tank all the other fish are fine i have had them for three days now and there is no change. is this normal or is there a problem with the tank.

I think the rule is to get an odd number, if you are keeping more than 2. Also what size is your tank? Pics would be great

Do you have any caves or hidey wholes for them ? they like them the more the merrier.

It could be they are just getting acustomed to there new enviroment.

thats intresting about the odd number thing I had never heard of that before whats the deal?

I think perhaps betta was thinking of clown fish as in the marine kind...

But I'm guessing the OP was talking about clown loach....

Anyhoo,

What tank mates are they in with?
What size is the tank?
What decorations (as onebto asked) are there?
What plants?

yes sorry they are clown loach the tank is 200l i have got 10 x harlequins 2 x gourami 6 x rainbow there are plants and plenty of hiding places with caves in.
