So from what i hear this is normal... My bigger clownfish is beating up on my little one, that means that its trying to turn it into female right? So they can be a mated pair... Just making sure this is a good thing, not a bad thing. The little guy tried to get away from the big one at start, now he just takes it like a champ, but he has been moving slow latly

Cause they're tempermental and will host it if/when they darn well feel like it... You can't make a clown host an anemone

No, it means it sees it as a threat invading it's teritory.
How long has it been since you introduced the second clown?
Best bet at this stage would be to remove both from the tank temporarily, rearrange the rock work etc and then reintroduce them both at the same time. That way estabished territories are broken and the chances of aggression are reduced. Once the aggression dies down there is a chance the smaller of the two will develop into a male and the larger a female.
As ski said, clowns host WHAT they want, WHEN they want. An anemone is more likely than a powerhead, but seeing as a lot of clowns in the hobby are tank bred these days it's unlikely they've ever even seen one before.
i put both clownfish in the tank at the same time< When i bought them they always were together in the tank, so i figured this would of been a good match to try adn get them to mate. but im afriad not,
