I’ve had my tank set up for a few weeks now doing about 30% water change each week and all of a sudden the water is cloudy which I don’t get I feed twice a day not massive amounts any ideas how to solve?

Is your tank cycled ?

Are you cycling your tank with fish in it ? If it's the case, you want to cut back on food and test your water for ammonia and nitrite. And do water changes if any of those is reaching dangerous level.

During this time your tank could experience lower oxygen level and having good surface agitation is primordial.

Adding filter floss will also help trap a part of the bloom and remove it from the water layer.

Is it your 5x2 tank, with the severums, Oscar and the big pleco ?

A bacterial bloom is common in newly cycled tanks. If it’s a bloom it will resolve in days or weeks. I feed only 4 times per week. One feeding.
