cloudy water

I know, I know....
I did a water change last night thinking that it would be clear this morning, but it isn't. My carbon is about 3 weeks old, so should I change it, or do another water change

Oh yeah, when I did the water change last night, I added some bacteria in a bottle thinking that it might help.

Wow, I just went to look it up, and I think that is it. It has been REALLY warm here and I have been dumping ice cubes to cool it down. Thanks for the advice P.T.

Dont dump ice cubes inside. It is better to freeze water in a bottle, and then put the bottle in the tank.

What tank are you talking about? Is this a cycled tank with fish or it it cycling.

This is about my 72 gallon. It is established with fish and plants. I just did a water change, about 10% and it looks clearer already. But should I change the carbon?

I used to add 'cycle' when i did water changes but it just made the tank milky, now i only add it if i've used any meds.
