Cloudy water

Hi! In the past couple of days the water in my tank has got more and more cloudy and even after changing some of the water the situation has not improved. My tank has been running for abou 6 months now so I'm not sure why it is so cloudy! Also my siamese fighter is now looking a bit scabby and I'm worried it is affecting him! My tank water looks like it came from a bog! Please help!

What are your water parameters? Check those, and continue doing large scale water changes.
