Cloudy Tank

Hi I set up a tank yesterday. I washed the gravel 3 times with warm water before putting it in the tank. Now unsurprisingly, the tank clouded up so I set up my filter and let it get to work. However, it’s been on for about 12 hours now and there’s very little change. Is this too big of a job for my filter and do I need to do a 100% water change?

give it a couple of days and if it hasn't cleared then do a 100% water change and gravel clean the substrate.
