Cloudy tank/ammonia

Hi Folks need your help again

Woke up this morning and my tank has gone cloudy, it seems a little better tonight, tank has been set up 4 weeks this sunday.

Can anybody give me any ideas as to why it is cloudy or is this just normal in a new tank.

Also i checked the ammonia levels yesterday and the ammonia level has rised this is the first time in just under 4 weeks, it has been a constant zero up until now (i presume this is just the normal cycling process and eventually it will break down into nitrate), does anybody know how long this process can take?

I have some live rock, and a couple of damsels which i addedabout 2 weeks ago (i was told these would be okay in a new setup)

Milky, but it seems to have cleared up now, thank god
