Hey there, looking for some help.

I have a 3 foot tank, basically an african chiclid tank, besides having 1 salmon catfish in the tank also. Anyway, have noticed a cloudy eye on 2 dominant fish, put it down to bullying in the tank and fighting. Re-arranged the rocks inside the tank. As days progress almost all fish now have cloudy eyes, most fish hiding, not eating and even my salmon catfish looks to have damage on its skin.

Fish seem to be rubbing eyes on rocks and so forth.

Looking for any help. All water levels are fine. Tried a water change a week ago to no avail.

ANy suggestions?

yes, i have alot of white rock in the tank, someone suggested that may have been increasing the ammonia, But no its fine

Ok, I apologize if you thought I was talking down to you. I've seen a few people say thir levels were fine with 2ppm ammonia and nitrites.

It could be another problem causing this then. Perhaps velvet or ich or some other bacterial infection. I would try treating for a bacterial infection with some OTC.
