Cloudy Eye

Does anyone know the best thing to use for cloudy eye?

I'm one day away from treating ick (been doing it 4 days) with quick cure

I have some melafix I'm not sure if that will work for it

still not got enough dosh for a hospital tank

yes melafix will cure cloudy eye.
you must do the full 7 day course, So I'd wait untill you have finished your ich treatment; the reason is after that you need to do a water change and that shouldn't be done during treatment with melafix

I use marine salt add one tablespoon of salt per 2 gallons of water your Tank holds but don't just add the salt directly to you tank water add it into some luke warm water let it disolve then pourthe mixture into the tank slowly, Your tank water will look really cloudy for a few mins but don't worrie just give it time to clear.

Once you have added the salt turn your tank heat up to about 80-82* it helps speed up the healing process. Then you want to leave your tank for about 12-14 days doing only small water changes like 5-10% every 7 days.

Failing this you can go toi your LFS and buy a treatment.
