Cloudy cloudy cloudy...when will it end?

My 10 gallon is still cloudy. I can not figure out what is wrong. The water parameters are good. The nitrite spikes have gone away. Haven't had one is quite awhile.

It was really clear up until a few weeks ago. It got cloudy, and just stays that way. I have tried everything I can think of. Purigen...carbon...water changes...nothing helps

I have filter felt and floss in the filter. It looks like if it were organic that would catch the organics and clear it up. But it doesn't. And I can't figure out why it used to be so clear and now it is milky. Some days are worse than others.

It looks like a bacterial bloom, but that is over and done with and it is cycled.

Do any of you have a clue?

I will get one later today when the tank lights come on. I would have posted a pic last night but I didn't see a need really. It is just cloudy and won't clear up. It is driving me nuts

It is not as cloudy as it was, but it is still bad

The cloudiness is almost gone! Maybe the Flourish Comprehensive did the trick.

What happened t this topic? Last I looked there were 22 comments when I made a suggestion to use flourish. Now it is down to 5 comment. All of my post are gone. If someone does a search for ideas to address cloudy water this topic with most of its comments removed will not help them.

I am glad to hear the flourish corrected the problem. i would really like to know what you were deficient in but the test equipment needed is too expensive for me and most people.

Okay, I found another thread I had started and it was where the Flourish Comprehensive was mentioned. I bet that is the thread you are talking about...maybe??
