Hi folks, :)

am in the process of getting all my equipment for my 55 gallon mbuna tank so bloody good filtration is obviously high on the priority list!!

i have just seen a Clearseal internal filter and a Clearseal external filter that i am interested in.

does anyone have any experience with/comments on the Clearseal brand?? Good...bad...indifferent?

Would i better served going for a fluval/eheim/aquaclear?

I think they are a UK firm so those of you across the oceans may not have heard of them.

Any info would be appreciated though.

EDIT: also looking at Penn Plax externals....any views??

EDIT 2: Sorry....also looking at Aquapro 4's...comments.

Apologies for all the editing!!! only ever used fluval so not too clued up on other brands.

cheers in advance.

I have a clearseal sp-3500L (internal sponge)
it is ok as sponge filters go, but IME fluval plus range is superior in every way
and eheims are the best cannisters on the market.
