I have a 1 gal. fish tank with one beta and pretty soon a ghost shrimp and possibly an apple snail. how often should i clean it and whats the easiest, less stressful way?

Is it a straight tank with no aeration? If it isnt then i would say 20% daily or every 2 days.

it has no filter, the top is open, its like a general fish bowl
