Cleaning tank

So I’ve been doing regular maintenance on my tank but recently I’ve added some driftwood to help encourage some shy fish. Should I move the driftwood and other decorations every time I clean and gravel vac or do you guys like to avoid disturbing the tank as much as possible? Tank image posted.

Do not move the decor. Vacuum into the gravel substrate in the open areas, but leave it alone where under the wood and similar decor. Don't get too close to the plant crowns.

Once I find a good spot for them, I don't move anything around either. The only time I touch decorations is when then need to be taken out for a good cleaning.....but I try to put them back into the same spot.
