What is the difference between...

Pacific scarlet cleaner shrimp (Lysmata amboinensis)

and

Carribean scarlet cleaner shrimp (Lysmata grabhami)?

Apart from the fact that one is found in the Carribean and the other in the Indo-Pacific.

Tbh i dont think there is any difference in colours if thats what your worrying about. Might be the size they grow or life span.

Nope size and lifespan are exactly the same, so is feeding, captive care and behaviour.

ehh... found something on a different forum...

Caribbean: Best kept in pairs or small groups + temp. 18-28 C.


Pacific: Can be kept singly or in groups + temp. 20-27 C.

That is the only difference
