Hi I recently purchased some Ghost Shrimp. Unfortunately a couple of large Angels paid them too much attention and I'm left with just 1. I have since removed the two Angels and nothing else in the tank bothers the shrimp. Does anyone know where I can get some more Shrimp, none of the shops by me ever seem to get them in, including the one i bought them from originally. Any kind of Shrimp will do as long as they can live with peaceful fish. Thx.

I really love these Shrimps they have crazy little personalities, I was angry at myself for getting them eaten.

It would help to know what part of the world you are in and what other fish you have in the tank.

Sorry that was a bit daft of me, I was in work trying to be quick. I'm from liverpool u.k. None of my other tank mates pay any attention to the shrimp left in there now so they should be ok. In fact the Shrimp has been seen chasing them away from his food.

Its a 4ft tank sand substrate and planted at one end, thx.

Tri-mar has quite few different shrimp but they work out quite expensive as its £10 delivery. If you can find any fan shrimp often sold as wood or bamboo shrimp, they would be a nice addition.

i agree wood or bamboo shrimp (sometimes called rock shrimp) would be good ,aswell as african filter shrimp or armoured shrimp its also called would be good, shrimps require plenty of hiding places though
