Cleaner Shrimp Killing My Anemone?

Hey,
My sabae anemone has been doing great so far although it hasnt latched onto anything(his foot is in a hole in the rock). I've had em for about a 2 months now and about three weeks ago i got a nice gold banded marroon for it. They love each other. Now, my cleaner shrimp hangs out right next to the anemone and keeps walking on it. Everytime i look in there the shrimp steps on one of the tentacles and it deflates. So yesterday, i looked in and the anemone was completly shrivled up. Is the cleaner shrimp killing it?

Anemones do this pretty often. My large condy did it almost every other night. They are expelling all of the liquid in their bodies. If anything I would think the sebae would eat the shrimp.
