Cleaner Shrimp Death

I went to feed the fish earlier to find my goby eating the head of one of my clean shrimps! hes now got shell stuck in his mouth i think which isnt good at all.
Plus ive found the other end of the shrimp on the other side of the tank.

I dont understand why?
All the others seem fine and my other 2 shrimps seem ok...

Nitrates? Copper?

Nitrates are roughly 0 my test kit claims.
Copper wouldnt make sense to have all these inverts so a long time and they didnt die before.

There is a small trace of ammonia i tested but tbh that would be the shrimp IMO.

Maybe it molted and someone got to it?
