What kind of fish do you have?
5000 lph is around X20 turnover. For a regular community planted tank I would say this is probably too much (the average reef tank has X20 turn over and that is a lot of water movement).
I would say get a couple of really small powerheads (like 500lph max for a standard direct flow powerhead like a maxijet) and put one at each end. Try to have them so they dont desturb the surface to much if you are injecting CO2.
Couple of Korillia nanos would probably work well as they have good "indirect" flow. So gets the water moving well around the tank without having a jet stream of water cutting through your plants and fish
