Cinder Blocks Stand

Hi,
I would like to know if anyone has tips on build an aquarium stands with cinder blocks. say how many blocks would you need? how to position? one pile on each corner and get long ones and put a few legs?

Also, what is the recommended number of rows for a 4 feet aquarium (also for 6 feet). And maybe a rought price for all the materials?
