I was wondering if someone could help me pick out some fish, i recently bought a red peacock cichlid after the lady assured me he would be fine with my other fish. Well i had 2 jewel fish and 2 parrots and he got beat up a little. I decided to move the jewels into another tank so my peacock would be fine, but i was wondering if someone could help me pick out some other fish, because i dont want to have to move fish around anymore. I was thinking of getting some electric yellows and blues would they be ok?

hi,
ok first Q, what is the tank size?

I'm assuming you mean yellow labs and a blue species of mbuna such as pseudotropheus or similar as opposed to yellow and blue Aulonocara species (Peacocks)
mbuna are generally far more aggressive than Peacocks and so you will most likely find yourself with more problems.

Peacocks, (like mbuna) are best kept in species setups

I believe it is a 45 gallon hexagon tank, and the cichlid i wanted is Labidochromis caeruleus.
Im just not sure exactly on the gallon size of the tank:/
