Chlorine Removal

I'm thinking of investing into a tap water filter so I don't have to keep going to the fish store for r/o water. What percentage of chlorine has to be filtered out to be enough that i can use it in my tank? So far, I've seen a bunch of 97%'s.... Is that about right?

is there something else wrong with your tap water? you can buy stress coat or aqua safe or several other water conditioners that will get the chlorine out of your tap water quite effectively.
