Ok.
Im looking at getting Cherry Shrimp for my dads 35l.
But it has coral sand and ocean rock.
So im guessing the pH will be around 7.0-7.8 max.
Would this be to high for cherry shrimp?

Its pretty much ideal. Not going to be able to tempt you into something a bit more exciting young fisher?

Also.
Are cherry shrimp known for climbing out of the tank?
As the lid has holes around it (Arcadia Arc).
I dont want to wake up one morning with my dad going mad as the shrimp have escaped.

Not particularly all shrimp species may go for a wander occasionally I found one today think it was a blue striped tiger shrimp by the drinks cabinet, must of walked around 35metres to get their and navigate the stairs and the drop from the tank, sadly super shrimp was all dried and shrivelled up. If they wander regularly then there is something wrong with their environment and an easy escape route.

Have a looky at these less well known shrimp
