I bought some cherry shrimp for my aqua cube a while back now and slowly they seem to be dieing off :/
I cant understand why, when i put them in they were active and on display but over time they only come out randomly.
Tonight i came to the cube and found one slightly mangled shrimp, it looks like it was going through a sheding of its exosceliton.
I only have MTS in with the shrimp and all water readings are fine.

REALLY REALLY REALLY FRUSTRATING please help :(

do you have live plants with them as I've heard they do better with live plants, also have you got hard or soft water, as soft water might need something to boost its hardness to keep the shrimps happy. Sorry I can't be much help, - I've also heard (though I will bow to anyone experienced) that cherry shrimp quite like a bit of salt in their water - Though I'd check that out a bit more.

I think it may be because your cube is so new. Not only that but so very small which means that (even though it's cycled) is not as stable as a mature larger tank.
You might have more luck a few months down the line.
That's my guess anyway :)
