Will Cherry Shrimp mix with Tetras + Bettas?

Depends on the temperment of the betta.

Some bettas will do just fine with shrimp, others will consider them a tasty snack.

If you want to test it out first, pick up a few ghost shrimp (usually very inexpensive and readily available) and see how he reacts to them.

I was originally gonna get ghost shrimp. However, I cannot find them to save my life here in the UK! That's why somebody suggested Cherry Shrimp.

i got a cherry shrimp last week and i keep him in a community (listed below). he does fine with all of those and i will also be adding some blue tetras. i had the choice between cherry or ghost shrimps and the cherry ones look more pleasing to the eye in my opinion.

i would not risk putting a shrimp in witha betta. shrimps are so cool, i would beat myself up if he got eaten

If I found both types, Cherry an Ghost, or others, are they ok living together in a 4ft tank, plenty of fish but none that pay attention to my Ghost Shrimp.
