Cherry Shrimp Tank

does this look ok for a cherry shrimp tank (i would like to try and breed them)

it will not have the uppys in there they are just to keep the filter bacteria going
its at 24c and 200l a hour is that ok

I think it looks good, they breed pretty prolifically lol I started with one female and now have a bunch!
