Cherry Shrimp Numbers

hey

jus wonderin how many shrimps it is best to keep in a group
i kept 3 but 1 died and the others havnt been so active since
i want to increase the numbers so how many should i do it by?

As with anything it depends on the size of your tank and what your existing stocking is. However for any dwarf shrimp I find that they prefer to be kept in groups of 6 or more, smaller numbers mean more nervous shrimp usually.

well 1 has been pretty timid since the shrimp died but the more outgoing one still schools with my endlers lol

hmmm due to stocking levels i can go up 2 5,maybe 6
my tank is 35 liters and has a male betta with 5 endlers

Those stocking levels aren't all that high really for 35 litres. You could probably push things as high as 10 shrimp, just make sure that you don't let your numbers of shrimp get up much past 30 from breeding and you should be ok.
