They WILL breed yes, but they are so small, any fish will see them as a snack

my nitrite is 0ppm, my ammonia is 0ppm with minimal tinge of green, its mostly yellow.

they will breed like crazy anyway, you ammonia should be zero not a minimal tinge of anything. ammonia is poisonous to fish and shrimp. plus in your other post you have BGA, which means you probably have high ammonia.
