Hi,

bought a koralia 1 from an online company, it broke and i sent it back.

Theyve got back in contact with me and say it wasnt broken but they are charging me for returning it?

Is this right?

if it is found to be in perfect working order then yes you are responsible for the charge, if its found to be broken they should send you a replacement free, with no cost at all incured by you.

If your sure it was faulty and they say it isnt, then ask for proof. If you think that it is performing below the standard advertised you are well within your rights to complain or ask for a replacement, if the retailer refused try the manufacturer or the head office of the retailer.

and ps my typing is terrible today

What was wrong with it? Was it having trouble starting after being plugged in? If this is it, I feel ya, my K2 does this. I have to unplug it, spin the prop a couple times by hand, and then usually, it fires right up after I plug it in.... don't know why it does this, but maybe its a result of how the koralia motor design sychronises its magnets... if it stops in the wrong place, it may not be able to restart itself... idk

Ox :good:

it just stopped and i unplugged it and replugged it in and it didnt work so i sent it back and it works aparently so now i have to pay £6.99 to get it back.

Ive learnt my message...try and buy electrical goods from your lfs
