Firstly - when can i do it. i have a feeling it is at something like 1200 posts

and secondly - where do i go to change it?

Oh yeah, I tried to do this too as my local forum which has the same layout let's you do it from the get go. I thought I was crazy because I couldn't find the option to change it.

Seem to think it is 1200or 1250. You change it in your profiles settings
