Changing Avatar?

I would like to put a pic in the avatar. Post pic location and nothing happened. How do I change it?

I believe the new rule is you have to have 6 posts before before being able to add a profile pic. So only two more posts then try it again ^-^

It used to be 60 but we lowered it because 60 is just silly.
We restrict it because spammers were using it to advertise.
