Changed My Background Colour

changed from black to blue at the weekend had a subtle re-scape while i was at it which do you think looks best out of the 2?

pffft! blatantly the second one! fish look a lot brighter (or is that just lighting?)

the blue background does seem to make the tank look a lot less dark inside , which also seems to make it look a bit more roomy too.

I prefer the blue, but I still think you should obscure more of it

thanks everybody. scrotius i the background will end up more obscured as i will be adding some more background plants over time .

Going by the pictures, then the blue one. But going by what I think it would look like side by side and in the same conditons, then I think the black one.

Coming along nicely though and the discus look great

thanks . ivechanged it slightly again lol. i cant help myself . ive moved the wood to the left handend and the plants that were there are where the wood was.

That's all part of it, isn't it?

You spend ages scaping, tweaking and think it looks great. Then the next day you're sat there, watching the tank.. think Oh, I'll just move that plant a little further to the front, then before you know it, it's all ripped up and moved all over the place! I love it.. though the missus hates it when I say "It's ok, it'll only take me a minute"
