I ordered 48" T5 Ice Cap reflectors from Championlighting.com about 3-4 weeks ago now, and recieved all of them except 2. On the invoice they said that they owed me 2 and would ship them out to me when they get them in. I called them and confirmed that they would send them out to me and I would be getting them within the next week. A week went by, I called them back and was told the exact same thing as the week before, that they were just getting them in and I should recieve them in about 1 week. After a week without recieving the reflectors I called and talked with Perry at Championlighting and he told me again that they were supposed to recieve the reflectors the next day and that I should recieve mine in about a week. That brings me up to today, I haven't recieved my reflectors yet and I called and talked with Todd at Championlighting and he said that he got the reflectors in today and that I should recieve them in about 3-4 days...can you believe this? I don't know if they were flat out lying to me before, or if they really have no idea when they are going to get products in, I am very disappointed! I have given them my business and recommendation many times before, and now they treat me like this...it is just wrong!
