Does anyone here has one, find that they are very attention seeking and like to destroy anything that is in their tank and bulling other fish.

What other fish are you keeping them with and what are they destroying exactly? What size tank is it and what is the temp?

There is a pearl scale and a orander in with him, the tank is temp i don't and the size i don't. This is my girlfriends tank, it destroying any thing that is on the bottom and it picks on the golden apple snail.

If its plants the goldfish are destroying they will do that as they like to eat aquarium plants. You need to find out the gallons (or post the length, width and height of the tank) and temperature of the tank as well as if it has things like filtration etc- many people keep goldfish in tanks far too small for them because of old goldfish bowl steriotypes and things, but most goldfish kept in such set ups die at a young age, so its important to make sure you are keeping them in the right size and sort of tank if they are to live out their natural life expectancy with a good quality of life and good health  .
Goldfish will sift/rummage through the substrate of the tank a lot, its their instinct to do so as they try to find critters and things in substrate to eat. So decor should be kept to a minimum unless its very robust as otherwise its likely to be knocked over, particularly as the goldfish grow larger.

The problem is, you can't take him out as he gets depressed, you take the other fish out he just gets worse in his destruction. At the moment he seems very happy, I have spoke to a girl who work at the local Maidenhead as she had one and they just seem to be like.

He is in a hexagonal tank, will do my best to get the right measurement

Yes you shouldn't keep goldfish on their own as they are sociable fish. Depending on what you have in the tank which he is detroying exactly, it can just in goldfish nature to "detroy" certain things, for example like the plants i said- you need to be more specific on what is going on in the tank exactly, the more info you give us the more we can help you.
