Cd Key Emergency

Hi, althought I have already installed vista it is still a problem, basically someone has ripped the CD key for vista off the case, so I cant see the entire thing is there any way of getting it back from microsoft?

Knowing MS they probably do nothing, even with proof of purchase and the missing key they will surly blag that your trying to get a second key code!!!!

Whoever you never know with out going back to where you purchased it in the first place.

Download Magical Jelly Bean which apparently now works with Vista. I've used it before on both 98 & XP computers in a similar situation.

It also works on some Office programs too

Magical Jelly Bean .... now that's a cool tool I've had stuff in the past to view key's etc etc but thats the best I've seen.

Not sure why it's blocked, it never caused me problems before, but who am I to argue with Spybot
