i used to have a sterilized jack daniels bottle buried withing my gravel to provide my dragon goby a home. right now i have just set up a 35 gallon octagon tank and would like to know some other commonly used methods people employ to create a cave system within their aquariums.

Hi some garden centers and builders merchants do terracotta pipe (same as a plantpot) and thier about a foot long but they break fairly easy so you can make it smaller, good for catfish.

I use slate and or bogwood and mopani wood as they have natural cave bits in them and you can put plants in the crevises too which look cool

Hope this helps

JAY :good:
