Caulerpa Suppliers

Hi,

I am looking to put some Caulerpa into my main tank. The only LPS I know that sells it wants £30.00 per colony. I have heard that it grows quite quickly so will only need a small amount.

Does anybody have any dealings with a reliable supplier. I have googled and looked on E-bay but unsure if they are ok?

be worth asking around on here. quite a few people run caulerpa in tehir sumps and could break off some and post it to you.
i'd do it myself but only just cropped it.

Any reason why you want caulerpa in particular? The stuff has the tendency to go sexual and release spores in your entire tank.. I've seen it personally happen more than once. Interesting short article on it here if interested: http/reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-05/nftt/index.php
