On my iphone so when I click add file it says take photo/video or camera roll so I click on camera roll find my picture add it and post that simple but it doesn't show up
I'm trying agai

You could upload the pic to a photo hosting website like photobucket and then post it.
 
Or you could try resizing the image so it is smaller
